All the above can be generated as 3D models with the associate software to enable parts and components to be directly manufactured from the design computer to the Machining Center programme. Made to Order Department Based around the tool room we can manufacture one off tooling, jigs & fixtures based on customer or in-house designs. We work with all types of materials.The support machinery for this type of product are multi-axis Machining Centers, C.N.C. Lathes & Large Flat Bed Grinding Machines. Supporting these machines is a comprehensive pre-operation machining department for the preparation, slabbing & rough cutting of materials &/or castings. All low volume parts would be 100% quality checked.Assembly of Special Purpose Machinery or equipment would be done under strict supervision & if the Machine were to be finally installed in a Clean room assembly could take place in similar conditions.All finished goods fully protected & packaged for shipment. Mass Production Department Based around a Bar Fed Auto Lathe department, working with many types of materials, we can manufacture parts down to Ø 0.5mm accurately within tolerances of ± 5 µ. Sampling using Statistical Process Control Methods to insure batch quality. All cutting fluids, component protection & packaging would be environmentally friendly & in accordance with ISO 9001:2000   Quality Control Department Situated in a temperature controlled environment our Q.C. department is responsible for any & all aspects of parts manufactured within the company together with ensuring that the materials as delivered are of the right type, size & the specification is correct.The inspection equipment includes a computerized C.M.M. machine, quality surface tables & adequate support with digital measuring hand tools.
